Terms for using this website and ordering Card rehab collectible-card restoration services.
Service provider
The service provider is Card rehab. The registered address and company identification details must be added before launch. Contact: nadovsetko@gmail.com.
Orders and assessment
By submitting the form, the customer requests an assessment of a card or collection. Submission alone does not confirm acceptance for restoration. The provider first assesses the supplied information and photos, then agrees the scope, price and delivery method with the customer.
Price and scope of work
Prices shown in the calculator are estimates. The final scope and price are confirmed after an individual assessment and before work begins. Results depend on the material, damage and previous treatments; the same result cannot be guaranteed for every card.
Delivery and communication
The method, cost and responsibility for sending or collecting a card will be agreed individually before handover. The customer is responsible for accurate contact details and for having the right to submit the card for assessment.
Complaints and withdrawal
Questions or feedback about an order may be sent to nadovsetko@gmail.com. Consumer rights, including complaints and withdrawal, are governed by applicable Slovak law; the specific terms will be provided when the order is confirmed.
